Two card levels
Malmö Aviation's Customer Program has two card levels, Basic and Gold. Which card you are entitled to depends upon how many times you have flown with Malmö Aviation at the regular price or how many points you have earned over a calendar year.
A new member who submits an application form will automatically receive a Basic Card. If you purchase an Annual Season Ticket you will immediately receive a Gold Card.
Basic Card
Malmö Aviation's Customer Program Basic Card is issued to all new members who have submitted an application form and entitles them to the following benefits:
Earn and withdraw points on Malmö Aviation
Earn and withraw points on Brussels Airlines
Earn and withdraw points with FLYGTAXI (a company offering airport taxi services)
Earn and withdraw points with Europcar and Mabi
Earn and withdraw points at Scandic Hotel, Mornington Hotelgroup, Nobel House Malmö and Hotel Kung Carl Stockholm and Fazer Konferens Hotels
Withdraw points at Elite Hotels
Gold Card
Malmö Aviation's Customer Programme Gold Card is issued when you have flown 20 single regular priced journeys with Malmö Aviation, or earned a total of 24,000 points over the period of a calendar year when flying with Malmö Aviation. The Gold Card offers, in addition to the benefits available to Basic Card holders, a number of benefits on all Malmö Aviation domestic routes:
Entitled to a further 20 kg extra baggage at no extra cost
Priority on waiting lists
Booking free airline tickets on day of departure
Free airline tickets can be transferred to person of your choice
50 percent discount in points for children under 18 years old (standard withdrawal)
Rebooking of free journeys at no extra cost
Entitled to fly standby on issued bonus tickets even when you have not booked your bonus journey in advance
Withdrawal of points using FLYGTAXI*** in connection with free travel
