Executive change at Malmö Aviation
Bengt Roswall, 48, will take over as the new President and CEO of Malmö Aviation AB on the first of September. He succeeds Knut A. Solberg, who will become CEO of the new Braathens Aviation Group, which includes Malmö Aviation.Roswall has been employed by Malmö Aviation as Senior Vice President, Commercial since 2005, with executive responsibility for company revenues. He has about 20 years experience in the travel industry, including as Managing Director of Resespecialisterna Syd and Director, Marketing and Sales for American Express Nordic.
Roswall says, We intend to continue developing Malmö Aviation as a leading player in the Swedish domestic market, with focus on punctuality and service.
He continues: The current demand for our product is so strong that we will be extending our timetable between Bromma and both Malmö and Göteborg starting in September. More people all the time are discovering the advantages of flying in and out of Bromma.
Malmö Aviation currently provides service between Bromma and Malmö, Göteborg and Umeå as well as extensive summer and winter charter service.
