Braathens Aviation is a corporate group whose parent company is Braganza AB. Braganza AB is owned by Braganza AS, an investment firm owned by Per G. Braathen.
The group consists of Malmö Aviation, Sverigeflyg, Braathens Technical, Braathens IT Solutions and Braathens Training. Braathens Leasing and Transwede Airways are also included in the group but are no longer active.
Braathens Aviation offers a wide range of aviation services; from domestic flights through Malmö Aviation and Sverigeflyg, to the development of advanced, effective IT solutions for airlines and airports through Braathens IT Solutions. The group is led by CEO Knut A Solberg, who has extensive experience in the Nordic aviation sector. Braathens Aviation currently has some 600 employees.
