Book your flight by mobile phone
If you are a Malmö Aviation Customer Program member and usually book via the Malmö Aviation website, you can now use your mobile phone to book, change, or cancel flights – and even check in. It works just like it does online. All you have to do is activate your mobile Internet service and download our mobile booking service. Getting started takes about five minutes.
Getting started
Download our new mobile service so you can book, change, or cancel flights as well as check in, no matter where you are.
What you need to do:
1) Join the Malmö Aviation Customer Program
(If you already use ePass Corporate, a 12-month card, or clip-card, go to the next step).
2) Activate mobile Internet service. If you have not already done so, you can use one of the links below to access your service provider’s activation site: >
3) Download Malmö Aviation’s mobile service.

You will get a text reply and need to click the attached link. The link will take you to a web page where you should select “download file.”
When you download the service, answer “Yes” to all questions about the download. You will also be asked where you want to save the service. Select the option you prefer, but remember that this is where you will start the service later. Once the installation is finished, log in with your username and password.
4) To start the service, go via your menu to the place where you saved the service and select “novaMobile.”
